Reasonable Hotel Experience

I enjoyed the friendly service from all the staff. They were helpful! The location made it super easy to get around since it was close to the metro and MOE. The outdoor terrace by the main restaurant became my favorite place to relax. It felt very chill.

My room smelled a bit. It really needed an update, especially the toilet and closet. A party next door was quite loud. The front desk didn't manage the situation well. The TV had a wire sticking out from under it!

an okay experience, nothing lovely

slow check-in constant noise

the location was convenient, only a short walk to the emirates mall. it was acceptable.

checking in took forever, i think the person helping me was new or something. also, the noise was ridiculous, kids were running around at all hours and the doors slamming kept me up. i guess i should have brought earplugs.

I appreciated the convenient location. The hotel is near attractions. The staff was helpful with baggage storage. They allowed us to leave our bags until our return. The room cleaning staff, especially Arman, provided great service.

The room was somewhat worn. The TV had a wire sticking out. The bathroom lacked a shower door. Water sprayed everywhere. Soap wasn't replaced for days after it ran out.

The hotel has a costa coffee shop inside (a real bonus for a coffee lover). aman from the concierge team was very helpful. aisha from reception was also very friendly and efficient. i needed an earlier check-in and to leave my baggage until i returned. The staff accommodated me without issue.

the room i stayed in had a slightly musty smell and could benefit from an update. specifically, the toilet and closet showed signs of wear. the room next to mine hosted a loud party and the front desk struggled to resolve the noise issue effectively.

the staff, including layal, helen, and freeman, offered great assistance . mudassar and nitin are very attentive (their dedication is amazing). the team at the front office, particularly freeman and atif, welcomed me with smiles.
